Localization method of the multimedia traffic in the peer-to-peer networks

The method of localization of multimedia traffic in peer-to-peer networks based on forecasting of outside peers quantity is offered in the article. The method allows to increase the quality of data transmission to end-users at the expense of premature changing of the logical topology while changing the quantity of peers. The possibility of forecasting the time series of the outside peers quantity is proved. The forecasting method that provides the required forecast accuracy is chosen.
