The effectiveness of resources management in reconfigurable computer systems is evaluated. The new promising levels of implementation of reconfigurable resources management, allowing to use known technology of dynamic scheduling and mapping of the widely used operating system and their specific functions, providing hardware rapid configuration, increased mobility tools and efficient allocation for dynamic task sets to flexible physical structure, is proposed. The requirements for reconfigurable resources management, aimed at increasing the efficiency reconfiguration and overall performance computing is defined.
