The article describes the components of the decision support system for analysis and forecasting of ecological and economic parameters of industrial innovation projects including methods and automation of environmental management, information portal for the collection and processing parameters, forecasting methodology. It is presented as a new complexity in the approach to the task, and the application of the theory of fuzzy sets and modification of the method of analysis of hierarchies.
