On macromodel optimization of mechanical components

In the paper presented the features of the objective functions of MEMS mechanical component circuit macromodels are investigated as well as the analysis of the existing CAD tools which can solve parametrical optimization tasks is carried out. The influence of a quality and a quantity of variable parameters, their change range on the results of MEMS mechanical component circuit macromodel optimization test tasks solution by means of the random search method with search interval reduction is investigated experimentally. The recommendations on usage of the NetALLTED optimization block to adjust circuit macromodel parameters are given.
