High performance IT-infrastructure management

An analytical survey of the modern IT-infrastructure management models and methods is presented. This models and methods are grouped in accordance with approved by IT-community 15 groups of management functions. The main attention is given to management basics of global, national and corporative IT-infrastructures — complex hierarchical distributed object of management. The models of resources and load allocation and users services level management are widely presented.
